I know how all of us love Kenny Rowes work but I just found out this morning that he is in the hospital with heart problems. I wanted to start this thread by sending my prayers to Kenny for a safe and speedy recovery! As much as we love his work and you could not meet a nicer guy (met him last year at Blade), nothing is more important than your health. Ron Hall.....

Oh my god, are you serious? Kenny is truly a master of his trade and a great guy, hope he gets well soon and completely. This is terrible news..... :(

Kenny is one of the friendliest guys I've ever dealt with, I hope he has a swift and healthy recovery.

I have never met nor spoke to Kenny, but I do own one of his sheaths.
Awesome workmenship!! My prayers are with him.

To Kenny and his family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. We wish you a speedy recovery,

Jerry and Jennifer Busse

Thank you for letting us know about this Ron. Kenny is truly a master and sets the bar for all of us leathersmiths. My family and I send our best wishes for a speedy recovery Kenny. I've never had the pleasure of meeting Kenny but I did get to see his work at the Austin Knife Show and its awesome. Kenny is my biggest inspiration, bar none.

Get Well Kenny!!!!!

Prayers for healing , health and strength for Kenny and family.

I too have never met nor spoke to Kenny, but I do own a few of his sheaths and they are great. I've always heard he was a great guy to work with and you can be sure he will be in my thoughts.

My prayer are for Kenny, may he be made whole again... Pray also for the physicians that they too might be blessed with extraordinary skills. I am fortunate indeed to have a sheath made by him.

I hate to hear that. I do not own any of his work, but I do admire it and hope to get some someday. Does anyone know what hospital he is in? I know he lives in Hope, but that is a really long haul from where I am. If he is within a couple of hours driving distance, I would be happy to leave a card for him at the nurses station that says get well soon from all the guys at bladeforums or whatever we could come up with. We will keep him and his family in our thoughts and prayers as well as the staff that cares for him.
