What is the best knife to carry while BASE jumping? A Spyderco Rescue?
 
Not enough people like base jumping for it to concern the rest of us. Less people falling out of the sky and possibly hitting others sounds like a good thing.

Base jumping is actually far more dangerous than skydiving. I, personally, do not support anybody doing it. A surprise gust takes you from fine to seriously injured or dead.

I am totally with you. I have been saying for years we should legalize prostitution, gambling and all drugs. I had no idea base jumping was illegal too. "Land of the free" my ass. That was accurate maybe 100 years ago. Consider you petition signed, but I hate to tell you, it will probably have zero effect. Good luck!
 
if it wasn't illegal it would be prohibited for liability reasons. It's a fun way to get killed.
