Many of you will remember the big thread I started a few weeks ago about the black/satin PM2 I bought from Knifeworks (no complaints) that had a detent so weak, I could shake the blade out with very little effort. I sent the knife back to Spyderco, and it was returned after nothing was done to it.
Well, that thread unintentionally started a firestorm, and eventually Kristi Hunter from Spyderco intervened on my behalf. She instructed me to send the knife back again to her attention so that she could address my concerns.
I did, and with the additional assistance from Spyderco Sales Manager Kelly Williams, I was sent a replacement knife. IT IS PERFECT!
Kristi and Kelly did me a solid. And it is appreciated. Sal, if you are reading this, thank you for these two wonderful employees of yours!
NOW I am happy! 3 PM2's with hopefully more in my future!
