So I've been enjoying my Lg and Sm Sebbies for about 6 months and when the Starbenza was posted in LH I said, "Nah, I don't need one. I really don't." And I was able to keep talking myself out of it.
Well tonight I had a moment of weakness. Partially because I got a bonus at work. I honestly just went to check it out again and before I knew it I'd put in all my info and ordered one.
Then of all things I was also browsing another dealer and what did I find? A small LH classic for sale. Well, that's on it's way as well.
I'd decided the other day that while I like the Lg a lot, it just takes up too much space in my pocket. I carried a Spyderco Delica 3 for many years and that's just the size I prefer so I was browsing small Sebbies and this is what happened. :D

There goes my bonus.

Yeah, I've snagged 9 small in various combos and 4 large along with 2 Umnums. Since Nov of 2010. But I also have more than my share of Spyderco, Busse, and so on and so on. It's a good thing I'm single. If I was married, my wife would kill me. :)

What, no mnandi?
 
Since joining this forum in March I now own a small Sebenza with cocobola inlays, and Mnandi with bocote, and most recently a large plain Sebenza.

Unfortunately there was no bonus for me at work.
 
CRK's are addictive. Right now, I only have a Nyala, large and small micarta classic Sebenzas and an Umnumzaan.

It's even worse sitting and thinking about all the ones you let go.

BG42 large regular, small regular, small classic, large cocobolo classic, small African Blackwood classic and a small micarta classic, all let go. An Mnandi, cocobolo maybe, let go. Aviator, let go. 5.5" Green Beret, let go.

Slipjoints and Sebenzas, I guess you could say that's my new motto. Broke as a joke, but I have a want list...

BG42 large regular and small; Native graphics regular or classic large and small; classic, 21 or annual lg and sm desert ironwood; lg and small damascus annuals with mammoth ivory inlays (this may just be a dream ;) ); desert ironwood Mnandi; Starbenza; Startac; lg and sm Insingo; mini Umnumzaan (I can dream right); Ti-lock; Mountaineer II; Umfaan and a LH guitar strings graphics large and small classic or regular set for my little brother. I guess I can get them all when I win the lottery ;).
 
I thought I was DONE with acquiring CRKs for a while after a Mnandi w/ Snakewood and a plain small Seb 21. Then Starbenza LH came out. I was all "heck, I can sell the plain 21 and keep the Stabenza" so I bought one. I LOVE the new Stabenza, but the plain 21 has its own charm and the simple beauty (fine-tuned by CR, no IM stamp). Now I'm having a hard time making up my mind on selling it. :p

For now, I'm keep both Sebs and the Mnandi. I don't know which one comes next: selling one CRK, or buying another one... (Star-tac LH would be sweet!)



I guess I know the answer already....
