Empty Hands vs Knife - Knife must go in, Empty Hands must stay out.
This is not sparring. There is no mutual respect of weapons, distance or anything else. No concern your own well being or that of your opponent.
Kill or Be Killed - Do or Die
45 Second Time Limit.
