Wear on detente of Spyderco Wegner?

Got one of these recently and use it a lot. Just wondered how much use is required before the small protusion that keeps it closed begins to wear. Has anyone managed to wear one of these out?

I use my Wegner alnost daily and have yet to notice any difference.
