web site advice

in kinda new to this whole internet thing and have started a web page for my work. just wondering if anyone could give some constructive critism, on how to improve it. i know the pics are not very good, but ive been reaserching and have learned a better way to take the pics.(there all sold anyway but i am taking orders).any advice would be appreciated.
