In addition to all of the ones listed I've also used Sierra Trading Post--if you are lucky you'll end up with some great deals. Close out and remaindered stuff, dress clothes as well as causal/sporting.
Duluth Trading has some great work clothes, if a bit pricey, and a nice website.
You can buy direct from Dickie's website, too--don't remember if they charged tax, though.
And if I'm not mistaken you can buy some clothing items from Amazon, too.
Don't forget eBay; if you know what you want there's a really good chance someone there is selling it, and in just your size, too
