Bruce,
Took me 50 seconds to bring up your main page. Two minutes even to load photo album #1. This was all done at 49.3bps. BTW: NICE work on the fixed blade on your main page...absolutely beautiful.

Minute, 23 sec for #3. Minute, 25 sec for #4. I payed a little more attention while downloading #4..."wrench.html" and "arrowfilework.html" took about 30 seconds combined. Pictures are small enough (to speed the download), but do you have any graphics program that will actually "compress" (not make smaller) the picture? Not totally up on website design...maybe another webmaster can give some advice?

I like what you do with the pointer.
How do you do that? I have a site that I would like a similar effect but with a different pointer.

I have a cable modem and your site comes up extremely fast.

Bo the pointer is a feature that homestead was offering through another sit,the site is linked on my opening page,it's at the bottom of the page try there.I know if I send the pictures to photo point I can make them smaller, but thats alot of pictures to send out and resize.I believe that is the problem also,as I am just shrinkikg the big pictures down to make the thumbnails..Thanks for the help...........Bruce
