In case you haven't checked, buck has added to the Web Specials page, but "whew" :eek:, some are a little spendy!
 
Thanks for the heads up. I don't check that page too often.

Three beauties there:
The Burl Jaguar Kalinga (looks like box elder)
The Ironwood and Cherry 55
The Buffalo and Burl Squire

Good stuff :thumbup:
 
Good info. Nothing there that really speaks to me or that I "need" though.

Nice to know that they are updating it from time to time also.
 
Thanks for the info Dave. They seem to be very proud of the 55 and the Ironwood looks like colored birch in their photo. Has the price for the G bone 532 gone up $180 is $100 higher than I remember??????

If memory serves me right the G-bone 532 was $80 when I bought one of them. Do you suppose that some of the prices are typos? A $100 jump in price is huge! :confused:

I saw that too as I bought a couple of the GB 532's at $79 if I recall?

I thought perhaps they are different but the specs are the same?

:eek: I wish Dave! You know the old saying:If you snooze, you lose.I know,cause I'm a real flat liner.Man,did I miss the bus or what.Those 532s are real collectors.Dang it I just ran out of T.P. maybe I can find some of my worthless stock certificates laying around.Gotta Go:D

Got mine for 70 although it doesnt seem like it was finished quite properly. The blade is not buffed out at the tang,kinda like they were getting to that part and the phone rang and never got back to it. I've heard others voice whether they are 2nds and I have to wonder that to a certain degree myself. This isnt bad enough to call a blem or 2nd but it isnt the fit and finish I would expect esp from a LE or CS. I'll have to take some pics and let you guys give opinions. Still a beautie and at 70 bucks, an absolute steal.:thumbup:
