Hi Roger, it looks like you have created a handy web store now, great improvement! I have a few questions. Is everything listed what you actually have on hand? What kind of service can we expect as far as timeliness of shipping once an order once received? Would one receive a shipment confirmation notice and tracking info once an order was shipped? I appreciate that you are often a one man show but I'm probably spoiled by some of my favorite online knife stores and their speed at which they ship and communicate. Thanks, and again it all looks great.

thanks for the kind words. step by step all items are listed there with big pics and video. we usually ship mondays. as demand get up we will add a second shipping day. as items are shipped the customers get a email automatically, we work on a tracking. that webshop is currently only for inside usa, for canada we have a different website/shop.

we had a absolute great loss in switzerland and we reorganize. first goal is to make the items, this takes long time and skillset. second is marketing. we will be again at the blade show, this time with way more people at the booth and international people as well.

ouer products will be never for mass market, its for the ones who now and understand what it takes to make it happen.

I ordered some nylon 91 & 84 mm scales last week and had them in just 2 days. Great service? I do prefer the looks and feel of nylon for EDC and will be ordering more soon.
