Since my attendance at BLADE 2008 was unavoidably cancelled, I was wondering yesterday: how come no one has ever set up a "live action" webcam in "The Pit"?

For the same reason no one ever set up a "live action" webcam at Peyton Place school board meetings.

Point taken. 
However - I've been in "The Pit" for the past 5 years and I think it could be done - legally and with 100% discretion. I'll look into it for next year.
