Weber Razor?

Anyone know anything about this company's status? I tried to order a razor a while back but they have been "out of stock" now for a month or 2. I used the web site to send an email asking when they might be back in stock, and nothing, not even an auto-reply. I am seriously suspect of all the "5 Star" ratings, and I think I am just about dun with doing any business with them. :grumpy:

Just thought I'd check here prior to posting a rant in GB&U.
 
They're still operational.

They haven't been ""out of stock" now for a month or 2." They released a bunch of DLC Bulldog and new Classic handle razors the first week in August and then a limited number of DLC razors the last week in August. I know. . .I almost pulled the trigger on both releases. Their razors are highly sought after and when they hit their website. . .they don't last long.

They will not respond to your "in stock" request. You have to check the website periodically or follow them on Twitter or Facebook.

A GB&U thread over something like this? Too funny.
 
Ah, now I get it, thanks.

GB&U thread would be totally appropriate for a company that keeps up a website advertising something they were no longer producing, IF that were the case and which I suspected due to my lousy timing.
 
I got a dlc bulldog from the last batch. I really like this razor. I plan on picking up one of the arc razors if they are ever released again.
 
I have an ARC Bulldog and it's a nice razor. They aren't very good at responding to questions though. It seems that they make a bath of razors and wait for them to sell out before commissioning a new order. Lately they have been selling out very quickly.
 
back from teh dead. Tehy just had a batch of Polished stainless sell out in days and DLC in under 24 hours. There are two types of people, the quick and the weberless ;)
 
I have a Weber. Mine is gas-powered. I keep it out on the back deck.
