Hi Spark,

Please change my user name from Webs to JDWebs. I upgraded my membership from basic to Gold through paypal yesterday.

I don't have an order number, I have a transaction ID number from paypal. That ID number is: 01N46883R03357146.

Hopefully that will give you all the information you need.

You are good to go for your membership. Did you pay for a separate name change?

No, I didn't. Perhaps I misunderstood. At the risk of sounding stupid, I didn't really want to change my user name, I just wanted a user group upgrade. I guess I thought that the username change was a necessary part of the process. I guess it's safe to assume that I can keep "Webs" as my user name as a new Gold Member?

Of course? Why would you need a new username when you switch usergroups?
 
Hi Spark,

I've listed a couple of knives for sale, and sold one. When I tried to edit the original ad to mark the knife sold, the screen said that I didn't have permission

When I tried to do a quick reply to the original ad to mark the knife sold, I got the same message again-that I didn't have permission.

What's going on?

Were you logged in when you tried to do it? Have you tried to do it again since then? Have you tried closing your browser and reopening it then trying again? What browser are you using?
 
Yeah, Spark, tried all of the above. Using SBC Yahoo DSL.
