The most comprehensive list I know of (worldwide) is Theo's Knife Links.
I consider it a great gift to the knife community.

Many of the other dealers mentioned in the posts are very good. Do not only look for the best price when doing your google search, look for a reputable dealer. Establish a buying relationship with a few that have fair prices and offer good customer service. Then if you ever do have a problem with a knife, they will take care of it for you.
 
I like www.pvk.com, though I ordered another knife from knifeworks.com on the same day and that knife is here while the pvk.com knife isn't. Worth checking out, though.
