Wedding Santoku in Redwood Burl

This one is a wedding presents ordered by a customer. It is a Santoku in 440C at 58-59 Rc. Handles are Stabilized Redwood Burl with SS bolts. Blade is 7 5/8 long and overall it is 12 7/8 long. 1/8 thickness for the blade and is hollow ground with a 10" wheel on the right hand side. I hope that his brother? (I forgot who he ordered it for) and his bride really enjoy a great knife. I may end up keeping the spare if I can't sell it. (I always make two with a custom order in case something goes wrong)
