Wedge Pattern DB I.D

I picked this up for six bucks from s local antique store, it was just rusting away in a bucket. Some PB blaster and voracious scrubbing later I've got a legible stamp. Any idea on the maker? B.R & Co doesn't ring a bell to me.

Could be an Emerson & Stevens. I think I see an E& in an arch which is a stamp they used along with Hand Made. Don't know the rest of the letters.

Where is it you see the arched E&? I'll haul out the head and get a better look.

Look for the &. It could either be B... & Co. or look angled down from the &. It looks like part of an E there. Or not.
