I read the thread Title and knew what it looked like and I was in love. Some one please buy this quickly, I don't have the money and am lusting after it something awful.

Unfortunately, I got hit with an unexpected bill this week and the Tarwar is not in my budget.

Yangdu didn't mention which kami made it, but they sure did a nice job. It has such nice clean lines and those gentle fullers running from edge to spine are perfect.

Jay, thanks for pointing that out. I saw Tarwar and looked left and saw Villager then clicked the link. Didn't bother looking farther left. LOL!! These new guys are doing a nice job. I hope they keep it up.

I LOVE that blade profile. Not too huge on the style of the handle/guard, but the sweep, the point, the thickness is golden.

The one with the ergo wood handle are getting super tasty.
