I love the Sgt's work with a passion, but I'm a 145 lb wussy that can't grow muscle no matter how I try. I can't see myself wielding a 4 lb monster for more than a short spell. Are there any of you that are equally featherweight with the ability to carry and parry something this large with ease?

I'm 150-160 and don't have any problems with it. It would get tiring after a lot of swings....but you don't need a lot of swings. You just drop it on stuff and it flies apart.
