Wednesday's swap meet finds...

So I hit up this swap meet every once in a while and from time to time you can find a pretty good score. I came across a guy with 2 tables piled high with knives (mostly Chinese junk) I decided to look a little deeper and came across a

1: Leatherman Juice CS4 (i jumped on that one quick)
2: Buck Nobleman (clean it up and it's a nice little gift)
3: Bear Creek slippie (not sure why i got this one, just liked the look i guess)

Here's the kicker, he was selling them for $5 per knife... He gave me the 3 knives for $12 as a package deal!

I go back 2 weeks later and come across

1: Another Buck Nobleman
2: Kershaw Crown (kinda nice cheapie knife... Micarta scales, bolsters)
3: A Winchester Multi Tool

So he tells me, get 4 and I'll give you the 5th one for free.... I go to look on his second table and I see a

4: Leatherman crater
5: Sog Flash 1 (aluminum not frn handle)
and get this... I find a ZT 0350!

I GET THEM ALL FOR $20

I immediately clean them up a little and run them thru the sharpmaker, by the way.... EVERYTHING on that damn Leatherman Juice is crazy sharp, it sliced me to ribbons...

Everything gets a sharpening and a lube but the ZT gets a little more...

Polished screws, polished clip, polished liners and I did a de-assist, nice detent on this little guy, it became a really nice flipper and technically it was free...just thrown in :D

Here's the knife porn...

Not a bad haul for $32 lol

Thanks guys, I don't think this guy was very knife knowledgeable... He was trying to get me to buy some crazy looking "Mall Ninja" style folders. I was telling my friend about my haul and he mentioned that they may be TSA confiscations. Who knows but it was a diverse mix to say the least. Mostly fake SAKs and tons of Leatherman style tools. No real full size Leathermans. I'll go back in a couple of weeks to see what he's got sitting on the table.

That's crazy. ZT is a very well known brand on this board, but the average person could probably care less. The 350 is a nice model. The Leatherman Juice is a good tool too. You made a haul for sure. I dig the polishing.

That ZT is a great find!

I really like those buck's, I can't believe how cheap they are, if they came in a better steel, AUS-8 or anything other than 440 I would own one, it really does look nice, it would be cool to have one of the CF ones, take the clip off and carry it in a leather belt pouch.
