Nice man! Thought about buying it too since it was so light but I already have two Dui Chirra by Thamar and the only way I could justify getting another would be to get rid of one of the ones I already have and that's not happening so congrats.

Ram Kumar is great, he made my Fox Folly and it is beautiful.

I have several of Thamars pieces and I really like his traditional GAK style of handle. No comparison. I have been watching the "new" Kami Ram and time to have a piece in my collection. My first instinct tho was the Chitlangi:p Grats Sir Pugs!!!

Great snag for you as well. Have a plan for this Bowie. Have a fresh snake skin with nothing to do with!!!!!!

I saw that one last night and was very tempted by it. I came into this thread and was probably going to EMS on it today if no one else had. You must let me know how that one is once you get it.

i have several Ram Kumar knives. I love his handle work and his Chiruwa rivets have some etching on them. Very talented Kami!

Well the Chitlangi Bowie came today, cant believe how fast it came. Have the handle soaking in mineral oil already, and we will see if the slight shrinkage fixes itself. Aunti posted this as slight shrinkage, but boy its really not bad at all. Feels great in hand, looking forward to playing around with it.

Mine was shrunk pretty good when it arrived. I soaked and filed the tang down some.

I did feel pretty wonderful in hand right out of the box. Happy for you.

Now you got to build yourself some proper pants.

Thanks man, might have to file some we will see tomorrow, and you know I am going to have it on the bench working up a template. Gonna use a new canebreak skin I just tanned on it. Hopefully it will be nice.
