Okay, I have no idea whether this will prove to ve easy or hard, but for some weekend fun have a look at these six stag-handles (all past or present residents of my collection) and see if you can guess the makers. The winner receives the official designation of "You Da Man!" with all the rights and priveleges that acoompany that title.*

List your asnwers top to bottom, one through six.

3. ?Andrews?

4. ?Hudson?

5. Hanson

The Massey Bowie was the one I had to look up because I wasn't sure.

Roger-

For some reason my darn computer won't open the first or third picture all the way. I just barely can see a little of the blades.

The rest opened up fine...so with that in mind:

1.) Bradshaw

2.) Massey

3.) I just can't see enough, but it's damascus so it's not Andrews, maybe another Massey?

4.) Ochs

5.) Hanson III

6.) Fitch

That was fun Roger :D

Well, the weekend's almost over guys. I figured 3 and 4 would be tough. Congrats to Nick for getting 5 out of 6 right.

Here are the knives:

1) Bailey Bradshaw – as nice of a mini-bowie as you could ask for:

2) Roger Massey – Crown stag, 1084 S-Guard with engraved ferrule:

3) Donald Lange (ABS Master Smith, deceased) – massive clip point bowie in damascus, stag and nuthin’ else:

4) Charles Ochs – polished stag (something you don’t see too often) and brass.

5) Don Hanson III – way cool hamon and signature mosaic damascus guard (literally – his initials are in there!):

6) John Fitch – a mini-bowie that doesn’t feel small, thanks to the generous handle and stout blade:

Thanks for playing,

Roger

Been out of town all weekend, without computer access, but I would have gotten most of them. I didn't know the Ochs knife from that picture though.
