For the cooks... you should take advantage of this deal on the HI cleaver. Not just because it takes a killer convex edge. Not just because its so balanced & easy to handle. There's plenty of cleavers out there. But this one has soul. Adds a real element of cool to the kitchen....
 
That cleaver would be a great addition to any camp kitchen box. Now is not the time for me to buy, but man, I would love to have that in the kit in the pop-up.

That's what I'm thinking. We're all probably just a bit strapped at the moment. There have been some great bargains after Christmas that haven't gotten snapped up.

The frenzy must have subsided a bit!
 
I for one spent waaay too much on khuks right around the holidays. I blew my knife budget for the next four months. No regrets though as I feel I got some AWESOME deals on great knives.
 
I received my 10inch & 8ounce Kuma Karda made by Sher last week and it is sweet. The wooden handled one would make a great cheap utility knife. :thumbup:
