Wegner Action/Pivot adjustment

Is the pivot pin on the Wegners designed to be adjusted? I just received a new Wegner Jr. but the action is a little tight. I tried to adjust the pivot pin but couldn't get it to budge. What size hex wrench does it take?

The action is adjustable but I think the screw may have some Loctite on it as mine was very hard to move initially. I'm not sure about the key size, I think the key I use is 2mm but it is a loose fit and I think there is probably a non-metric size which would fit better.

I had this same thing come up several months ago, however, in my case the pivot was a bit looser than I like. I grabbed a handful of wrenches and played around until I found which fit. I couldn't tell you the size; never checked. The pivot pin was quite firm, but not immovable - no evidence of lock tight. I reported my success on the forum and Danella was pretty sure I should not being doing that. I kind of got yelled at (metaphoricall of course - it was online). She was certainly right. I should have asked the factory first. However, everything works perfectly.
