I was just wondering what the max weight this rig could hold. Right now I'm getting a concealex sheath for one of my knives in order to make it adaptable. The maker of the sheath (Normark) was concerned that my blade may be too heavy for it. Any info is appreciated.

althogh I do not have an associate (yet) I do have a spinal and guestimating I think it can hold as mch as you can carry as it seems to be made well. That must be some heavy blade.. youre not plannign on carrying a claymore under that armare ya?

The straps are very strong and the stitching is very secure. I think it will hold what your shoulder will. You might walk with a limp though.

Thanks for the info guys. The blade is pretty big. I'll post a pic of it in the rig when I get it back and you'll see what I mean
