Hello, I once held a throwing knife with two adjustable weights on the knife.
I rember that the weights slid along the length. to change the balance of the knife. does anyone know if this was is a good design? I cannot rember who made this knife. I think the blade had an arrowhead shape to it.

I heard nothing but bad reviews about such a knife. They are around; you can find them pretty easily.

Most throwers (including myself) prefer knives with no "parts" whatsoever (i.e. one single piece of metal), let alone moving parts.

If you want to adjust the center of gravity, you can do this by wrapping tape, cord, etc. Also, changing the location of your grip can achieve the same effect to some degree IMO.
