It's kinda cool, but... I don't get it.

The knuckles aren't totally protected, and I'm not really sure what the meat tenderizer at the base is for. Insult to injury? You've already got half a foot of crooked blade stuck in sucker, what more damage do you expect?

Yeah , when I first saw this , I thought maybe AD was having some fun at GSM's expense .

But , I'll reserve judgment for now . Hard for me to understand ,sometimes , how a given knife, of unfamiliar design, will work , without hands on .

Old Cold Steel had some pretty wacky stuff . This thing would have fit right in !

It's certainly whacky enough to be old-school Cold Steel. But the price is out of line. The value of the dollar is no longer there.
