Not so long ago i have bought Code 4 and Recon 1 and both of them have this weird not smooth choil that made me doubt that they are fake. (recon 1 also had some scratches on the lock bar and grinded blade right from the box).
Am i just unlucky or this is a norm now? Please help

pics of choils (code 4 handles is pained by me):

and this are the photos of the knife if anyone can tell if it is legit or counterfeit

here you can see veird scratches, and unintentionally grinded portion of the blade. I guess lock bar is not dlc coated because paint goes off pretty easy on contact with a lock pin

and here is a gap idk if it is supposed to be there now

Hope somebody can clear this up for me

Appears genuine, though a pic of the entire opposite side with the blade open would help confirm. I’ve never noticed that small area in the choil which appears to have been touched by the sharpener, but I don’t find it alarming. The lock bars are not DLC coated and that wear is normal, even if new. The “gap” in the last pic is completely normal and they vary based on the blade shape. Hope that helps.

If that's fake , we're in deep trouble .

Sure looks real to me . But the fakes get better looking every moment .
