OK, must be from the heat, how about:
A slightly smaller than current Umfaan but full Sebenza thickness blade, and pocket clip.
A double wide small Sebenza but with slightly thinner scales to shed some of the extra weight.
(Kind of a Sebenza Toe Nail if you will)
Sebenza with mortise on the sides that allow you to slide different scales in and out. Sold with accessory pack of light/dark wood colors, micarta,
etc.
Stainless inlay (like the wood) with traction dimples, ala Global stainless kitchen knives.
Milled cheverons on the sebenza handle with tritium inserts to fit, similar to the Tritium Spyderco Military but with a lot more glow stuff.
Two bladed Sebenza, blades on opposite end, frame lock for both, one regular shape, one wharnecliff.
