Weird Spydercard - marked 013V?

I was sorting through some of the Spydercards that we have on hand, and noticed one that wasn't like the others - it's marked 013V on the blade right next to the EB logo....

Sal, what does the marking mean? Just curious...

Spark - If it says 013V, then that means it is a variation of number 013 which was serrated. It's probably a plain edge variation.
