Weirdest/Wildest thing you have ever forged IE: forged a hammer into???
Forged a wrench/prybar into a weapon
Welded a screwdriver into an artpiece :D

What is the weirdest thing to ever emerge from one of your forging sessions

So far I have made a Hawk (Of Sorts) from an Estwing Drywall hammer...just needs the handle finished.

Hawk from an Estwing hammer ??? Don't you know that Estwing makes bunch of hatchetts ?

Weather or not you want to call it forged or formed, this was done with a ballpeen hammer and a couple of crude hand made chisles, I made it from one piece of 16 gauge steel, largest dimentions are about 24 inches X 24 inches and has a tiger eye bezel mounted for the eye.

I have made a ball pien hammer into a prospecting mini hoe tool. I have made rail spikes into axes, knives, trolls, I made the coil spring from a car into a harpoon, (yep heated it up unrapped it straightened it put a barb one end and a eye the other I'm not sure what kind of car it was off it was quite thin I got it from the dump) I have also cut dog spike down the back and various places to make 4 legged dods as paper weights.
Hores shoes and thick wire into letter openers, horse shoe nails into little spoons. It is all good practice for hammer control for when you start forging blades. It is nice to know how the metal is going to move before you hit it.

Well that is ther theory I am still very much suprised when things go as I want them to.
