Currently Uncle Bill and Yangdu are winging their way back to Reno. I thought that it would be a nice gesture if there was a "Welcome Back" thread waiting for them once Uncle Bill gets back online in Reno.

Uncle Bill and Yangdu, your presence was missed and I, for one, will be glad once you're back on terra firma in Reno.

I'll be very glad to see him home. He's the only one of his kind, but he seems to gather like minded people to his forum.

There are a lot of very special people on this forum, and that's because he makes them feel comfortable being themselves.

This forum can run itself with a part-time moderator, like it has the last three weeks. Whenever there was a need, someone stepped in and answered the question. Howard, Yvsa, John Powell, Broken Arrow, the list goes on. Now we need to convince Uncle Bill that we need and want him around, but he can take a few days off.

He's on AOL, so that tells me he could pick up a halfway decent notebook computer and take some time off, periodically checking in now and again from almost any good size city.

If I call on a Thursday as he's packing up for a four day weekend, and my order doesn't get shipped out til he's back Tuesday, I will whine and moan and hyperventilate while I wait, but it won't kill me.

I didn't mean to jump all over him in THIS thread ( another one, yes, yes, yes, ) so welcome back Uncle Bill and Yangdu, but live in a harmony that keeps you enjoying life too much to waste it on the small stuff.
