You will notice that Rusty with whom most of you are acquainted via his posts here and elsewhere is newly added as a moderator. He very kindly and generously offered to fill in for me while I'm in Nepal and I hope everybody gives him a nice welcome.

Rusty is a neighbor from down the road here in Nevada and I have had the distinct pleasure of meeting him in person a couple of times. He is one of the good guys of the world and there is no doubt that he will do an excellent job here on the HI forum.

I will try to make some posts from Nepal if I find that possible so you may not be rid of me completely.

At any rate, give Rusty a warm welcome and all of you be kind to one another while I'm away -- and while I am here for that matter.
