Well, I did it again! Beckers Inbound!

I now have two brand new Beckers on the way. A 10 and a 24. I was originally going to get a 16 but I saw the 10, so I flipped a coin and now the 10 is headed my way. It should be here early next week, but the 24 will be a few weeks as it is coming from Canada.

I have the 14 and love it, but all this talk of D2 on the 24 just kept nagging on my brain, and I also ordered the orange and black zytel scales, so it makes perfect sense to use both sets of scales, one for the 14 and one for the 24 :D

Also ordered some factory micarta for the 10, first time with micarta so I am looking forward to handling it.

I think I need some kind of Becker intervention soon :D

Good for you bud. I whine when there is a little mark up from my Canadian vendor and I'm in Canada. But I think that we get pretty inexpensive steel compared to having it shipped out to your wonderful country. You should be able to enjoy them for the rest of your life, so they are worth every penny. :thumbup:

I brought it off eBay, unfortunately there were none available locally so I did an international search and found one in Canada, not sure if we are allowed to use seller names but if you really want to know PM me.

There is a mark-up in price here too, but that's just how the world works. If we want it bad enough, we find a way to get it :D

Been wanting a 10 and 24 since they came out but put the money towards blade steel instead...

Have a look at Tomars Ka-Bars...Even with paying the $50 postage the total cost is still cheaper than buying them here locally :D...Or probably anywhere else.

Thanks for the tip, I will look into that next time I look for a new Becker :)
