Well, I finally ordered my first ESEE.

Ok after looking at the then RAT and now ESEE knives for 3 years I finally ordered one. I first stumbled across the RAT knives by accident 3 years ago looking for a good sturdy outdoor knife. I went with another brand 3 years ago that I really really like but kept looking at the RAT knives. But last fall when I seen the ESEE 4 in DT I started lusting big time. Heck I have plenty of knives and really dont need another, but this one just kept calling me back. The other night I told myself if I sold the small BRKT knife I had for sale I was going to buy an ESEE. So tonight I placed an order for the plain edged ESEE4 in DT along with a firekit. I'm looking forward to seeing how it does. :D

Congrats. I am ordering my first ESEE tomorrow - going with the HEST. It probably won't be my last ESEE either.
 
Enjoy the new additions to your family. Top notch gear backed by a top notch company (and community of mixed nuts to make it interesting!).

Congrats on the 4, its next on my list but no chance in the world i''ll be selling my BRKT fot it!
 
basb, I dont have it yet. Waiting on the mailman. As far as selling the BRKT. It was one that didnt really get used much. I have 7 or 8 other BRKTs and been wanting to try an ESEE for awhile. So I thought it was a good time. I've been selling off some nonusers to get gear that will be used. I dont see any of my other BRKTs being sold off though.:D
