Well last night i was trying to go to sleep and my foot started to hurt then it got numb and then my leg then the rest of my body including my face and this was on my left side i had no idea what was happening i couldnt feel my heart so i pinched myself as hard as i could and it stopped and i was really freaked out but so far ok. Any ideas on what it was seems like it was like a mini stroke or somthing.

I have to agree with mr Finkenstein, I presume since youre writing this rather being at the ER that it wore off? Not trying to freak you out but it could nevertheless be a "warning".
Sounds like TIA (small stroke), something neurological or youre experiencing something else (like stress)? thats manifesting itself as phyisological symptoms rather than psychic.
Go see a doctor.................

get somebody else to take you to the hospital or call an ambulance before you stroke out on the road and kill somebody.

Sorry man but thats not ok. I dont have insurance and cant afford anymore bills. But if half my body gets tingly and I lose feeling. I AM GOING TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM NOW!!!! Bill you cant afford or not, atleast you are around to dodge it when it shows up in the mail. Their is no excuse. Even worse you can become physically and mentally challenged the rest of your life.
