Good Evening, blah,blah,blah....
I just finished a couple of posts explaining that it's not always possible for us folks to kick in our hard earned credit line (?) to support what we all know to be the best knife resource of any kind, this here Blade Forum.
Well, while I was typing, I managed to talk myself into buying some stuff.
Can I afford it? Well, considering the fact that my kids have to eat, I was given some pause.
However, it dawned on me and myself (and the assorted cast of others who live and scream inside me head, "Hey! We live in the desert! There's PLENTY of food out here!"
Allison, my lovely daughter, has already learned to live off the land, so I figure, "Hell's bells in a toothpick basket, I CAN afford to support BFC!!!"
So I ordered a hat and a bag. I woulda ordered the Red Sifu, but the people at CitiBank told me that it wasn't considered a true emergency, so they wouldn't increase my line of credit.
Probably shoulda sent 'em that pic of Allison, huh?
ANYways, I just wanted to let it be known that when the time comes for me to put up or shut up, I have to put up, cuz shutting up is danged near impossible for me... or the "others".
Anyone wanna follow my lead? I promise, what I have isn't contagious.... at least I don't think it is.
Figuring if this don't get me a 100% pay raise, I don't know what will,

I wrote most of that at work after drinking massive amounts of coffee. I needed to look busy and that dribbled out of my head. There's also a whole bunch of Optical Illusions.
