I said it wouldn't happen I fough it for a long time after I got my TGLB Competition finish with black micarta. But not I have a Game Warden on the way a leather sheath and kydex sheath for it and I am after a CG Boss Jack already.

I believe welcome to the addiction/madness is how the saying goes.

Oh mate it's a slippery slope. Please be careful. Make sure you're on top of your mortgage, the family is fed etc. before you hang around here too much :D
 
I was on here all the time when I got my TGLB. Thought to myself ah its fine I have what I want. Then it all began ha ha.
Can't wait for the GW to arrive but really want a Boss Jack.
 
Oh you are fudged.

I think my first was a SH-E. A nice blade, but I greatly disliked the LOOK of the "black" micarta. Picked up a Hell Razor and sold off the SH-E. Then in-started the GW craze. I was off to the races. I would say that blade 4 or 5 was an original-run satin/snake AD. I still have that one and won't sell it. It came as a reward for an accomplishment.

That was a funny time in Busse history. I found a SHSH at a gun show once and shipped it north to AK for safekeeping. I watched the HOGS kill each other for a SFNO-fathered SOW one Christmas season. And I even lusted after Ron's butt for about 3 seconds. I'm SOOOO glad I came in late to that one or I might have man-crushed for longer. LOL

Run away. Run away now.
 
I remember those days. When I found this place years ago I needed to have every model Busse and kin only to find out most were out of production. That drove me into the biggest quest of my life searching all sites and posting wtb threads. A year later I had about 30 busse and kin blades in my collection. Fast forward to now and having had the opportunity to test out lots of Jerrys blades I found around 6 or so that are "the ones" I will always keep.
My advise read as much as you can ask questions and enjoy the ride......you are off to a great start and oh...the cgbj is one of the best blades in that size range, get one ASAP.

Welcome to the family. We are all dealing with the slope. My advise is to get a sled and enjoy the ride.

I've gotten to the point after only about 10 months of INFI addiction that I feel "Weird" if I don't have something on order with Garth at the Custom Shop... :eek:
 
Cheers for the pics Max much appreciated. Looks like a much used much loved knife. Hopefully I can find one.
