well my mini AK-47 goes out his week. customer service cold steel?

They don't care a wit about you. All they care about is making uneven sharp edged weapons and taking your money while making mall ninja tools look like a life required necessity.
 
I had a bushman that broke sent it out and they had a brand new one to me within two weeks .
 
They are very good knives and open wave style.

However don't take the cs video's with the fat man as gospel truth :D
 
They are pretty good. Had a few of my friends get immediate replacements for their broken fixed blades. (ooo abuse.. :D)
 
It took them more than a month to deal with my Spartan blem not to mention prior to sending them my blem, their rep on email was unfriendly after taking a week to reply to my blem questions. I just know I wont be buying any more of their products. *shrugs*
