I think I read about this a while back that these were found in the general area of where the dead sea scrolls were found,with discoveries like this being public and grave robbers and tresure hunters likely wandering these area's looking for loot I wonder how many of historic finding like this may have existed but were found by people that are just looking to make money go undocumented and unreported.
Yes indeed! I saw a short video on it and the cave wasn't something your run of the mill antiquities looter would just stumble upon. It would have been child's play for Indiana Jones of course...
