Well, the wife wanted her own Becker and had decided on the ESEE Becker Kitchen Set. Well, she loves them and the other night I hear this interesting "noise" from the kitchen followed by that teeth clinched air sucking sound. When I rounded the corner she was grabbing her fingers. Her comment "I love these knives but they are really sharp....." Luckily it didn't cut deep and was able to be stopped with bandaids. My response to her, "Did you not curl your fingers like Ethan showed on the video that Doc made at the last fall gathering..." Funny thing, she can still hit pretty good even with wounded fingers! I am trying to get her to come by on Sat for a visit to the gathering.

cuts from very sharp knives heal fastest - as long as the appendage is still well-attached.

Pics or I'm callin' bullshit.

Well don't let her cut herself with the beast I'm bringing you next week. She'll lose the finger for sure!

My BK-5 showed up a few days back. I was telling her as she was ogling it to be careful, it's really sharp. The next thing I hear on the phone is a screetch. Yeah, she stuck the point into her hand. Oops.:D

The first ti,e my Becker kitchen knives bit my wife, I was outside at the grill. She made sure I could hear that "my new knives are way too sharp."
