Yes, this is real. I found it on the website of a well-known online and brick-and-morter retailer.

Good for chopping down some timber.

:confused:o_O:eek:
What's the black tail thing coming out of the handle to use the back of the hammer and axe heads as pliers/wire cutter?

Yeah. I guess that's a pliers handle.

At the other end, you've got a nice framing hammer. Don't smash your thumb with it!

I've gotten like four of these as gifts in the past few years from friends and family who are like "We know he likes tools and knives!". They are straight trrraaaaaaaasssshhhhhh. I just chuckle and put 'em on my junk shelf in the garage. I'm just glad to be thought about by my people!

Same here. I get them as gifts quite often.

Looks like a gadget hatchet. Probably not good for much except self inflicted wounds to your digits and appendages . I got one similar with a claw hammer but no hatchet as a safety award gift from the company I worked for at that time. I was a bit surprised that a flimsy tool were given as a safety award. Lol

Yes they have these in the tool section, have for years.
Both versions of this as well as the hammer only version under the Sheffield brand now and previously under the Stanley brand.

They also have this dual head multitool which I think is kind of cool but would never buy because I know it's junk, cool idea though even if it's probably not great in practice.

Btw yes there are actually some quality tools to be had in their tool section, their US made " Hyper tough " mechanics pry bars are one of the best deals going. ( Made by WILDE and a couple bucks cheaper under the HT brand )
