these knives I was so skeptical of for so long proving me wrong, I think its time to join the RATs ;)

I am ordering my first (since a RTAK 1 back in the day, bad memories) probably a RC5 or 6 as a go to when hiking/camping. When I get a camera (dropped mine in a grease collecter, don't ask :o) again.

Love the vibe in this forum, great knives and knowledgeable, practical folks.

Welcome! Yeah, I came here for info about the knives, I stick around because of all the other information we share.

welcome to the addiction! i would have to say my favorite ESEE's are the izula and the ESEE-3, good luck on your choice!

Welcome. Good place to hang out without the flaming that sometimes happens in WSS.

Welcome aboard! Lots of positive energy with this group! But don't try to resist the urge to get more ESEE blades, it is impossible. :D

Hmmm, well...if I had anything to do with your decission, then all I can say is that I have done my good deed for the day :)

The knives are fantastic tools and this is a great forum with lots of great members.

I'm stuck between the 5 & 6 for my next one. I'm really liking RAT/ESEE's flat grind 3/16 for working with...but I've always had a thing for really stout blades and I like the bow drill divot...which I could always add to the 6 I suppose...so I'm still having trouble making up my mind.

Thanks everybody, sorry I responded late work seems to get in the way of stuff.

Maybe not so different...I'm leaning real hard toward and RC-6S in D.T. (to match the RC-4S I have now) right now.

Work often gets in the way of things....
