Can anyone name the only place where the U.S. flag is flown 24/7 regardless of weather and never at half mast?

if the flag is lit, as in has a light shining on it not lit on fire, it is appropriate to fly it 24/7 otherwise it is supposed to be brought in for the night

There's no light on it and noone interested in bringing it down at night :D

Thank-You, Thank-you  Since there is no weather on the moon, the flag should remain in good shape and only need a light dusting in a few billion years :p

Tomb of the Unknowns?

Without researching it, my guess is that they don't fly it 24/7 at the Tomb of the Unknowns. The Tomb is all about ceremony. And among the military's favorite ceremonies are flag raising and flag lowering. The Military loves a good flag raising or lowering. And my guess is that they wouldn't miss this obvious opportunity for a great one.
