Hi,
In the beggining of the 90's, when I was young I sent a letter to Wendell Fox to buy him one of his great knive saw on Blade Mag .

A few years late ( ) here is the knife, always in my collection. The knife-maker had been very kind in his letter to a young french collector . It would be a pleasure for me to have more info about him . Thanks

I met Wendell at the Oregon Knife Collectors show, thru another Oregon knife maker, Wayne Goddard. Wendell was always a pleasure to talk to and made some nice big bowie type knifes as well as folders like you have. He is gone now, and I miss talking to him at the show. John

Thanks a lot John for your answer. I thought about this eventuality , I bought this knife in the beginning of the 90's. It's a long time ago. Almost another time where I had to add a dollar in a letter to ask their catalogs to the knife-makers
Even if it's logical it's a sad news .
