Wenger All Black

Just got this today , and I love it , its all black including the blade and tools .
This will be my going out , special occasions knife , when my usual EDC knives are to big or inappropriate .

Sorry I have no idea and there isn't any thing to identify the model on the box or paperwork .
I have named it the " All Black " because I was the first thing that sprang to mind
I'd be interest in knowing more about it myself .
I bought it from a local shop that only has a handful of pocket knives for sale in a little display case , they didn't know anything much about it themselves .
