You have a Wenger PocketGrip, and I believe the needle nose plier version is PocketGrip 577. That's an interesting little knife which I didn't know existed. I think it's a discontinued model. Now that you know its name, you can easily find all kinds of links but here are two to get you started:

Thank you Very Much for the Info. and the two Link's, You've been very helpful. I really like this little Knife It's so handy to have I use the precision screwdriver set for mounting Rifle scopes the bit's are perfect for screws on Firearms, And that serrated Blade Is so sharp you dont even want to touch It, It will cut you, I forgot to add one other tool It has the Leather punch,

I bought this In 2008 at a Gun Show here In Eastern Nebraska I paid $25.00 for It I dont know It's value but I think I got a Great Deal,

I got one more Wenger that I've have so long I cant remember how long I've had It, I carry'ed It for year's on my key chain until I replaced with a little Mini Buck Knife as an EDC
this little Knife Is a serious Cutter, It's 2 1/2" OAL with a 1 3/4" Shaving Sharp Blade, The Scissors are what I really like they are precision and very sharp, It also has tweezers and a Fingernail File, It's a very well made Knife I'm Very Impressed with Wenger Knive's, I need to buy some more,

Thank's Again for your Help, Take Care !

The small one is a Wenger Esquire, similar to the Classic. I would say $25 for that Mini-Grip is a great buy! I have seen them go for double that sometimes. Also the serrated blade is rather uncommon for that model. Most have the smooth edge blade. Great tool!
