Wenger watches decent quality?

They're Swiss made. I think Wenger is supposed to make pretty good watches. I hope they do, considering I asked for a watersports watch from them for Christmas.

I have a similar one. It keeps near-perfect time as far as I can tell, within a second a month. The movement on mine failed after a year tho' (replaced under warranty) but I never quite trusted it after that; I don't think there is any way you can tell when the battery is near the end of its life (some quartz watches will beat every two seconds as an indicator of low battery so you can have it replaced). It is a fairly heavy watch but looks nice. Hard to go wrong with a Swiss-made (designed?) quartz movement, as they are pretty reliable.

I have a Wenger and it has been my EDW for over two years now. Accurate and tough but still classy.

Yup. I own this one and love it. It's one of my faves in my rotation.

My next question is, where should I get this watch from? whats some good online shops?

I have one of their 200m rated dive watches. Have had it down to around 100 ft. with no leaks. Stainless bracelet is very sturdy. I think I got it from Campmor for about $70.
