a few days ago. i've been busy mountain biking a lot this summer but now that the weather is starting to cool down, the itch to play with fire is back!

this pic doesn't show it but there's a good pile of wood behind them. the beckers got a good workout! i was the one who took this pic but there will be a group shot and more pics from rescueriley since they stayed overnight.

rescueriley, harry - thanks for the grubs! looking forward to the next one.
 
and the knife second from the left is?? (next to the junglas, not the little beckers)

looks like there was quality time had.. more pics please:D:D
 
There's a Kabar Johnson Adventure Potbelly in the pic next to a BK9 with micarta scales. I don't see a Junglas.

That is correct. Though there was a Junglas at the party lol. We'd need another log for a shot of all the knives we had.

you're a rat pack member but don't know how a junglas looks like? infidel!!! :eek::D that little knife is the ka-bar/johnson adventure piggyback - comes with the potbelly. rescueriley posted more pics in the w&ss sub-forum.

LOL, I know it.. No excuse other then not being able to see;) I would've never thought that was a 9, honestly on my computer this morning I could barely make out the knives..
 
Finally my first BK knife has arrived, the BK7.. I've only pulled it out of the box fondled it a minute and overall I'm impressed, although it wasn't paper friendly..

I will make a thread review after I put it through some tasks by the end of the week..

Congrats. The BK7 seems like a cool knife. The size is very usable. I like the blade grind on the Becker knives, makes for a really good cutter.
 
my internet has been spotty due to a tornado that whipped through my neighborhood and left us with out cable, internet and phones (downed lines everywhere.) I have a window each day where they turn on a gebnerator for the building... I'll try to get more pics up tomorrow.

Can't believe you are still having issues from that. Happened right after you got back last week didn't it?
