I went out for a 2 hour hike today and brought along my FFBM and new GW. This is my first GW and I keep handling it and wondering why the hell I waited so long to get one...its a great little knife! This one is VERY thin, and I love it, I am on the hunt for a thicker one now...The FFBM is starting to look good with all the polishing I have been doing...it better, I have Carpel Tunnel syndrom from sanding it. Thanks guys, yup, it has been getting warmer up here, but a short cold snap came through and dumped a couple of inches on the ground. Oh well, I am looking forward to summer..but they go fast here, and its back to winter again. :D

I hope that FFBM isn't too shiny to go beat the hell out of sumthin!! Nice pics!

You get the most out of your gloves before you toss them, don't you? :p

You need an ASH-1 to replace that middle knife! (What is that middle knife?)

Nice set of blades.

Gene, great pics! The FFBM is looking well loved:thumbup:

The Puukko is an Javenpaa Aito, with a birch bark handle, a very nice knife. and the middle sized knife is a Hankins custom S30V with Paul Bos heat treat...convex clip point and overall, one serious knife. One of 2 that he made a long time ago for an FBI agent.
Guyon, I just bought those gloves 5 weeks ago:eek:, I wear them out at work. Oh, and I have an ASH-1 DC, that is waiting chuddy bear pants right now!!! cant wait! In fact, I have some pants coming for the FFBM as well..I bought some STEELNUT kydex and added a belt loop, but I decided I wanted some RAMBO in my hikes:D
